Visiting a restaurant when you’re gluten free can often make you feel like a difficult diner, but it shouldn’t be that way.

Having coeliac disease myself I know what it is like to try and find somewhere to eat that fits your needs, I have spent hours online and walking down high streets searching for a restaurant that can cater for me. Once you eventually find a restaurant that is suitable, often they don’t fully understand your requirements and this can be a very frustrating experience.

The purpose of this gluten free blog is to give lifestyle tips, share experiences of eating out with coeliac disease and highlight some of the best places to eat.Β Wether you’re a newly diagnosed coeliac wondering what chains you can eat in, or a gluten free veteran visiting a new area, I really hope that this blog can alleviate some of the stress of finding a place to eat and give some great gluten free lifestyle tips.

I am always interested in hearing about other peoples experiences and finding new places to eat so please share with me, I would love to hear from you.
